At KTM Spare Parts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
